1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bitbd ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "your", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bitbd website located at https://bitbd.app and any associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, or applications (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the bitbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the real-money gaming services offered by bitbd, you must register a player account. Registration on bitbd is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bitbd enforces a strict 18+ policy. Any player found to be under 18 at any point will have their account permanently closed. All deposits made by underage players will be returned in full; any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

All financial transactions on bitbd — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bitbd does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by bitbd; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which bitbd is not responsible.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. 5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Dormant Account Policy: If your bitbd account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months, it is classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance, once the account has been dormant for 12 months. You will receive an email notification to your registered address before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitbd's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bitbd account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bitbd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising directly or indirectly:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your bitbd account
• Losses arising from third-party payment processing errors or delays outside bitbd's direct control
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind
• Interruptions or failures of Platform availability due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events

Force Majeure: bitbd shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from a cause beyond bitbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, power failures, telecommunications failures, or regulatory or government actions.

Third-Party Game Content: bitbd acts as a platform operator and is not the developer of the games hosted on the Platform. bitbd does not accept liability for errors, faults, or malfunctions in game software supplied by third-party studios, except where bitbd was made aware of the issue and failed to act within a reasonable timeframe. Any claims arising from game malfunctions should be directed in the first instance to bitbd support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bitbd operates. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the bitbd Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bitbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
